The item must be:

• The identical product- brand, model number and color. It must be new, sold by a licensed retailer, not in violation of any pricing rule.
• Immediately available, not out of stock. We must also have the product in stock.
• Not open-box items, refurbished items, pre owned items, senior discounts, bundle offers, coupon offers, free offers, liquidation sales, promotional items, typographical errors, other retailer price match offers, etc...
• The price match includes the competitor's shipping charges and sales tax.
